Descriptions:

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and sharing the full list of everything I’ve been doing to prepare — for birth, for postpartum, and for my own sanity. This is not a “what to buy” video. It’s everything I actually do every day: how I eat, how I move, who I chose as my provider, and the mental work that’s honestly been the biggest shift.

I’m a ceramics artist and I run my own business — so no maternity leave, no family nearby, and a lot of figuring things out from scratch. This is what I found.
