Additional Tips for Throwing:
Start by adjusting your seat to be very close to the wheel.
Your feet should be firmly planted on the ground. (if you are on your toes, consider finding a brick or wood block to place under you foot). Keep your hands supporting each other when possible. Support your forearms on the splash pan of the wheel and your elbows against your body. Your clay MUST be centered to have even walls. Remember to collar inward after making a pull;
start each pull with vertical walls. Remember to breathe : )
